For most of us in the U.S., enjoying Biscoff cookies has been limited to the occasional United Airlines flight or when we manage to find some in stores and treat ourselves. But now the company is bringing the delicious crispy cookie to us in the form of a chocolate-y ice cream bar we can easily toss into our carts.

Instagrammers @Candyhunting and @familyfooddude both spotted these Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Bars in U.S. stores this past weekend, which is certainly cause for celebration.

Even by looking at the package for the bars, you'll know they're good, but thankfully, @familyfooddude gave us the lowdown on what's in them. If you find these, you can expect to enjoy a "chocolate shell with pieces of Biscoff cookie, a layer of cookie butter, then cookie butter ice cream." The most beautiful description I've ever heard!

Both Instagrammers spotted the bars at Walmart, so that seems like a pretty good place to start keeping an eye out. Back in October, Lotus also released Cookie Butter Ice Cream in six different flavors and shared that an ice cream bar would also be on its way soon.

Though the ice cream was exclusive to Safeway and Albertsons stores in Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona when it launched late last year, we were told that we would soon see these at tons of other chains and it seems they've made good on that promise! Now, to keep dreaming of my ultimate ice cream sundae: cookie butter ice cream with an ice cream bar mixed in and crushed up Biscoffs on top. YUM.
