Feb. 16—A virtual town hall meeting about Black History Month and how public officials and their constituents can make a difference in their communities will be held Wednesday by state Rep. Manny Guzman.

The program will begin at 7 p.m.

Lt. Gov. Austin Davis, House Majority Leader Joanna McClinton and Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus Chair Rep. Donna Bullock will be on the panel.

"I am honored to be joined by a panel of successful and diverse leaders of the commonwealth to celebrate and discuss Black History Month," Guzman said. "Black History Month honors significant figures and occasions in African American history. As we remember these brave men and women, their courage motivates us to make the most of every opportunity and not let a setback keep us from realizing our own ambitions."

The hourlong meeting can be accessed RepMannyGuzman.com or on Facebook at @RepGuzman.

The public is invited to send in questions to RepGuzman@pahouse.net during the event or prior for the panel to answer.

Additional information is available by contacting Guzman's office at 610-376-1529.
