Gwen Stefani is putting all those divorce rumors about her and Blake Shelton to an end.

In an interview with Nylon published April 9, Stefani talked about her relationship with Shelton and said they're not going to break up anytime soon.

“It’s just lies," she said. "The truth is the truth, and we know what that is."

Stefani and Shelton have talked about their marriage multiple times in the past. In November 2023, the country crooner appeared on TODAY and shared "the best part" about having Stefani in his life.

"I mean, the best part is lying down with her at night and then waking up and she’s there in the morning," he said. "I just didn’t know that that was out there, that that was possible."

In 2021, Shelton married Stefani in a beautiful wedding at his Oklahoma ranch. Over the years, Shelton has gotten very close with Stefani’s three kids, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.

"I've had stepparents. I think, in some ways, it's more difficult," Shelton told TODAY. "I try to be careful about when to step in and be smart about when to step back, but no matter what, always be there if I'm needed."

“We started this friendship, which was just unbelievable that God would put us in a position to have each other at that moment, in the same exact moment,” she said, noting that she “wasn’t trying to start a relationship” with Shelton.

April 2024: Gwen Stefani addresses Blake Shelton divorce rumors

In an interview with Nylon published April 9, Stefani noted that there had been divorce rumors about her and Shelton.

“(W)hen you’re in love and have truly aligned values, nobody can get to us. You can say whatever you want to say about our relationship — I mean, a week ago we were getting divorced again or something,” she said about the rumors. “It’s just lies. The truth is the truth, and we know what that is. And so that (negativity) would never penetrate just by me being vulnerable and sharing a song that I didn’t write for anybody else but myself and Blake.”

The comment was made in reference to Stefani and Shelton's song "Purple Irises." In the tune, they sing about what it’s like to love each other as they get older.

Stefani noted that she was inspired to make the bop after she thought about all the insecurities she has in her and Shelton's relationship.

“I had been going through those times where you’re questioning: ‘Oh my gosh, am I just getting older? Am I cute?’” she said. “In my own relationship, even though I know the truth of what’s happening today, you still create drama in your own mind about your insecurities and what might happen. I was in that phase of the relationship with Blake and getting paranoid.”

Shelton added that "it’s an insecurity we both have."

He said sometimes they'll ask each other, "Are you still going to love me when I’m old or if I forget who I am?”

However, Stefani said that she just tends to overthink sometimes.

“The truth is I am in love with my best friend,” she said, “and all this s--- I’m thinking of in my brain, that’s all it is — I’m overthinking.”
