Blinken: If China escalates tensions over Pelosi's potential Taiwan trip 'that would be entirely on Beijing'

While talking to reporters at the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Review Conference, Blinken said he was not aware if Pelosi has decided to visit Taiwan yet.
