Huntsman moves headquarters to New Hampshire

Jon Huntsman is going all-in on his strategy to win the New Hampshire primary.

The former Utah governor and ambassador to China is moving his campaign headquarters out of Florida and to the Granite State, Jeff Zeleny of the New York Times reports. The decision confirms how important the state has become to Huntsman's presidential aspirations.

Huntsman had based his campaign in Orlando, his wife's hometown, in hopes of gaining a foothold in what will be a key 2012 primary state.

But he has struggled to compete in Florida and increasingly has focused his efforts on New Hampshire, where an upset win could help him gain momentum elsewhere.

The strategy might be helping Huntsman in New Hampshire, where he hit 10 percent in a recent poll. But it is hard to see how it will help him nationally, where he's been stuck in the low single digits in most polls.
