In yet another edition of "Someone on the Internet Has Too Much Time on Their Hands (Thankfully)," a YouTube user has uploaded a cut of 280 different movies, edited to the words of Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby."
The emcee, born Robert Van Winkle, also appears in the 2:52-long video via his 1991 film "Cool as Ice." According to the producer of the video, it took three months to create. Every lyric from the 1990 hit is included, and turning on the captions will also display the title of each movie as it appears.
As impressive as the edits is the wide array of films used in the project. Featured movies date as far back as the '30s and 40s. "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," "The Big Lebowski" and "The Goonies" are in the clip, along with "Casablanca," "Young Frankenstein" and "Creature From the Black Lagoon." Everyone from Tom Hanks to 50 Cent to Joe Pesci can be seen, but the spotlight clearly belongs to Arnold Schwarzenegger. The action hero checks out the hook (while my DJ revolves it) of the song with his movies "Batman & Robin," "Conan the Destroyer" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day."
It's clearly not what Schwarzenegger intended with his role as "Mr. Freeze," but we're not complaining.
