ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A runaway juvenile was sniffed out and found thanks to the help of a bloodhound in Isle of Wight.

The dynamic duo Deputy First Class Peed and K9 Mack were called on Feb. 19 for the report of a child who ran away. Peed and Mac are part of the bloodhound team for the sheriff’s office. They arrived on scene and began tracking within 22 minutes of the call.
