Bloomington, Indiana restaurants open on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

Looking for somewhere to spend the New Year holiday? Here's a list of Bloomington-area restaurants that will be open on New Year's Eve and/or New Year's Day.

  • Bloomington Bagel Company locations will be open 7 a.m.-noon New Year's Eve;

  • Chocolate Moose kiosk in College Mall will be open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. New Year's Eve and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. New Year's Day, and the Brown County location will be open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. New Year's Eve and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. New Year's Day;

  • Crazy Horse, 214 W. Kirkwood Ave., open 11 a.m. New Year's Eve until the wee hours of New Year's Day;

  • Crumble Coffee and Bakery's location in Renwick will be open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. New Year's Day;

  • DeAngelos Italian Creole Restaurant, 2620 E. Third St., will be open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. New Year's Eve and also 11 a.m.-9 p.m. New Year's Day;

  • FARMbloomington, 108 E. Kirkwood Ave., open 5-9:30 p.m. with the Root Cellar open 9 p.m.-2:30 a.m. New Year's Eve;

  • Malibu Grill, 106 N. Walnut St., open noon to 9 p.m. New Year's Eve;

  • Pizza X locations will be open until 10 p.m. at the Ellettsville and North locations, midnight at the West, South and East stores on New Year's Eve and 1 a.m. New Year's Day on campus and downtown shops;

  • Scenic View, 4600 S. Ind. 446, will be open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. New Year's Eve and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. New Year's Day.

  • Switchyard Brewing, 419 N. Walnut St., will be open New Year's Eve;

  • The Tap, 101 N. College Ave., open 11 a.m.-2 a.m. New Year's Eve;

  • Taste of India, 316 E. Fourth St., will be open New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 4:30-10 p.m.;

  • Uptown Cafe, 102 E. Kirkwood Ave., open 9 a.m.-2 p.m. for brunch and 4-10 p.m. for dinner New Year's Eve.
