Magisterial District Judge

—Eric A. Young, 30, whose address is listed as Crawford County Correctional Facility, Saegertown, on Friday waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Samuel Pendolino. Young automatically was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Meadville Police Department filed the charges for an incident Oct. 13, 2022. Young remains jailed in lieu of $30,000 bond.

—Wendy J. Oakes, 55, of Park Avenue, Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court Thursday following a preliminary hearing on charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and two counts of disorderly conduct engaged in fighting. City police charged Oakes for an incident June 6. Oakes remains free on $5,000 unsecured bond.

—An Erie man sustained minor injuries in a one-car crash on Pont Road in Cussewago Township at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 29. Anthony S. Alecci III, 43, of Erie, was driving north when his auto went off the road for an unknown reason and went into a ditch. Alecci was wearing a seat belt.

—A Cambridge Springs woman had her Social Security number and other personal information taken after being contacted by unknown persons via phone and email at 12:15 a.m. Thursday.

—Known people stole two Weather Tech floor mats for a Saegertown man's car at 10 a.m. Thursday when the floor mats had been left at a car wash on Main Street in Saegertown. The suspects were located and the property was recovered.

—Unknown persons cut utility wires from the front porch of an East Fallowfield Township woman's home on Atlantic Road at 6:58 a.m. Friday.

—Unknown persons removed approximately 5 gallons of gasoline from a blue Chevrolet Traverse parked next to a building on Route 27 in Oil Creek Township between 10:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Thursday.
