Blue Angels, Thunderbirds Will Fly Over Westchester: Flight Path

It's now confirmed: the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds will fly over southern Westchester County Tuesday as part of a tri-state trip to honor frontline coronavirus responders and essential workers.

The flyover of the New York City area will begin at noon and last about 40 minutes. The Navy and Air Force jets will approach Westchester around 12:30 p.m. See the flight path below.

Residents along the flight path can expect a few seconds of jet noise as the aircraft pass overhead, along with the sight of 12 high-performance aircraft flying close in precise formation.

Officials are discouraging people from traveling to landmarks and hospitals or gathering in large groups to view the flyover.
