Board of directors named for Monroe County Business Alliance
The Monroe County Business Alliance, a new entity formed upon the merger of the Monroe County Business Development Corporation (BDC) and Monroe County Chamber of Commerce, held its first organizational meeting Wednesday.
The meeting was held at the Monroe Community Credit Union Training Center, and chaired by Monroe County Administrator and Chief Financial Officer, Michael Bosonac, who is one of the incorporators of the organization. Other incorporators present included Thomas Graham, Monroe County Legal Counsel; Timothy Lake, President and CEO of the BDC; and Dr. Stephen McNew, Superintendent of the Monroe County Intermediate School District.
At the meeting, the following were appointed to the Business Alliance's board of directors:
