Mar. 29—The Mitchell Board of Education will hold a special meeting Wednesday to consider approval of the sale of the Mitchell Technical College student-built house, as well as some personnel items.

The meeting will be held virtually beginning at noon.

Joe Graves, superintendent for the Mitchell School District, said in the meeting agenda notes that the district received one bid for the student-built house, which is located 2103 Dean Drive, Lot 2 in Tract H, Wild Oak Golf Club Addition to the city of Mitchell.

The sole bid submitted, from Bespoke Properties, LLC, was in the amount of $367,000. The minimum acceptable bid set by the board was $365,000. Graves therefore will recommend the board accept the bid for the sale.
