Boaters caught dumping bags full of trash off boat in Florida
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A shocking moment, caught on video, shows a group of boaters dumping two bags full of trash into the ocean in Florida.
The video captured by a content creator, Wavy Boats, was taken over the weekend and has since gone viral, sparking outrage across the nation. Several times, the boaters even wave to the cameras.

“This has become a worldwide story. I mean, the world is watching this,” Rodney Barreto, the Chair for the FWC said.
Now, officials are searching for the boaters responsible, after successfully identifying a few of the suspects. Investigators are working with the State Attorney’s Office for potential charges.
Officials said the men were heading to “Boca Bash,” an annual party on Lake Boca.
The organization also called out their poor behavior saying they were “appalled that the passengers even had the audacity to clap at the drone that was filming them dumping their garbage.”
The incident remains an ongoing investigation.
