Body found along a road in Washington Park, Illinois
WASHINGTON PARK, Ill. – An elderly man found dead along a road in Washington Park, Illinois. Investigators say he was shot multiple times.
The St. Clair County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Joseph Hudson, 70, of Cahokia.
Police say his body was found with several gunshot wounds on Caseyville Road on Friday. Officers responded to the scene around 10 a.m. Friday.

Illinois State Police are assisting Washington Park officers in the investigation. Authorities have not yet identified any potential suspects or motives in the case.
