Body found at Burnham's Field

Mar. 24—A woman was found dead Wednesday morning on Burnham's Field.

The unidentified white female was in her late 50s to early 60s, police said. She was discovered on or near the track at Burnham's Field off the Sargent Street Extension at 6:46 a.m.

There were no immediate signs of trauma, Chief Ed Conley said.
