The BBC has unveiled the first look at the Boiling Point TV series.
The four-part BBC One drama series is a direct follow-up to the 2021 movie of the same name, with leading stars Vinette Robinson (Black Mirror) and Stephen Graham (Peaky Blinders) set to return.
Carly (Robinson) has now taken over for her mentor Andy (Graham) in the kitchen after the latter suffered a heart attack. Now, it's up to Carly to make Dalston restaurant Point North a success.

With her old kitchen crew by her side, Carly has to navigate an economic crisis in the hospitality industry — and the team's complicated personal lives — to ensure their new venture turns a profit.
The series' recurring cast includes Hannah Walters (Time), Ray Panthaki (Marcella), Áine Rose Daly (Jack Ryan) and Izuka Hoyle (Big Boys), alongside newcomer Steven Ogg (The Walking Dead and Better Call Saul). The Swimmers' Ahmed Malek and Cathy Tyson (Help) will also appear.
Writer James Cummings has returned to pen the first episode with Philip Barantini, with Barantini set to direct two episodes after handling the feature film.
Mounia Akl, director of Costa Brava, Lebanon, has also come aboard to direct two episodes. Stephen Graham and Hannah Walters will be executive-producing the series in addition to starring.
The original Boiling Point was groundbreaking in that director Philip Barantini shot the entire movie in a single take — then repeated it multiple times — to capture the high-stress reality of the kitchen.
Boiling Point would go on to receive four nominations at the BAFTA Film Awards and an overwhelmingly positive response from critics. The BBC ordered the TV spin-off last October.
Boiling Point will premiere on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer later this year.
