A newly-released autopsy reveals that Lee Ann Sizemore died due to an accidental overdose at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in June. She was 29.

Sizemore was from Lowell, Indiana, and was at the festival with her best friend, according to the autopsy report released Wednesday by the Davidson County Medical Examiner. She went for a walk the night of June 18 and later returned to her tent. Her friend woke up the next day and found Sizemore unresponsive and without a pulse, the report said.

Sizemore was later pronounced dead at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tennessee. The autopsy said a combination of doxepin, which is typically prescribed as an antidepressant, along with alcohol and cocaine led to her death.
