What: Beer and wine tasting with guest bartenders, auction items and raffles. Tickets include beer and wine samples. All proceeds benefit the programs of Discovery Depot Children's Museum.

Thursday Night Jazz
What: Cash bar available. The Fall Jazz Series brings jazz voices from the region. A different guest artist will hold a workshop/conversation with the attendees at 6 p.m., with Cherry St. Combo performance afterward. Bring your dinner or order carry-out.

KCHA Music Trivia Jamz
What: The Knox County Housing Authority is hosting music trivia to benefit the 2023 Winter Warming Shelter. There will be a cash bar and you can bring your own table snacks. The trivia will have different categories and visuals to test your knowledge on songs, artists, album artwork, cover bands and lyrics.

Bishop Hill Pottery Festival 2023
What: The Bishop Hill Pottery Festival will not only include pottery but also basketry, woods, stained glass, quilting and jewelry. Many vendors will demonstrate from their booths, while even more demonstrations will be at J. Goard Pottery. Come early and get some tasty baked goods from the Special Kneads Bakery tent.

KGS Community Series: Symphony String Quartet
What: This concert will feature works by American women composers across generations, including a world premiere of a commissioned piece by Chicago-based composer, Michelle Isaac. Isaac’s new String Quartet is based on Mary Ann “Mother” Bickerdyke, an iconic figure in Galesburg history.
