The Boston Red Sox unveiled a 254-foot-long ‘Black Lives Matter’ billboard outside Fenway Park on Wednesday, July 22, ahead of their first 2020 home game tonight against the Baltimore Orioles.

The banner runs along the Massachusetts Turnpike behind Fenway Park and is emblazoned in the baseball team’s signature font.

The Major League Baseball season kicked off Thursday night when the New York Yankees beat the Washington Nationals 4-1 at Nationals Park.
