Bostonians savoring November 70-degree days

For some, last week’s early snow was nice. But for others, including local restaurants, a November day in the 70s is even nicer. “Last weekend I was cleaning ice off of all the backyard furniture and this weekend, I will be out there enjoying myself in the furniture with no ice on it,” said Sarah Olafsson. Many areas topped 70 degrees Thursday afternoon, meaning dining al fresco on Boylston Street. “Last weekend was a little tough. Not many people wanted to come and sit outside, that's for sure,” said Dan Billo, the executive chef at Atlantic Fish Co. “We have a good bounce-back this weekend with the good weather.” Restaurants could not be happier with the prospect of 70s ahead through the entire weekend.
