Boulder County Farmers Markets closed Saturday due to weather conditions

May 21—The Boulder County Farmers Market will not host its regular markets in Boulder and Longmont on Saturday due to dangerous weather conditions.

The Saturday markets normally are hosted on 13th Street between Arapahoe Avenue and Canyon Boulevard in Boulder and at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, 9595 Nelson Road, Longmont.

According to a news release, organizers decided to close what normally are all-weather markets out of concern for community safety amid the winter storm weather.

The next farmers market will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday on 13th Street in Boulder, the release stated. Online shopping also is available at BCFM.org.
