Sep. 19—The Boulder County Planning Commission will meet Wednesday afternoon to discuss and hear testimony on possible changes to short-term dwelling and vacation rental regulations.

County staff have suggested changes to the Land Use Code and Licensing Ordinance that govern short-term and vacation rentals in unincorporated parts of the county. Some of the proposed changes include redefining short-term and vacation rentals, clarifying situations where licenses are required, reducing the number of rental types and changing the review process for vacation rentals.

The meeting and public hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. in a hybrid format. Attendees may come to the meeting in person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, third Floor, 1325 Pearl St., or attend virtually. View the livestream or register to speak in-person or virtually at bit.ly/3sZE0wn.
