Boulder Public Library offers National History Day help

Nov. 29—The Boulder Public Library is offering two events to help students with their National History Day projects.

At the Carnegie Library, students and educators can get history research help from 4:30 — 6:30 p.m. Tuesday by learning about archives and how to find primary sources. The event includes a 5 p.m. presentation on creating your own primary sources by conducting interviews. The Carnegie Library is located at 1125 Pine St., Boulder.

At the Boulder Public Library's main branch, National History Day students can sign up for a 30-minute, one-on-one consultation with an experienced mentor to review their research and thesis and receive overall feedback. The consultations are available from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and noon to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 9.
