Bow Wow, Mario among performers coming to Columbus Oct. 14 for 'Millennium Tour'

"The Millennium Tour: Turned Up" featuring Bow Wow and Mario is making a stop in Columbus on Oct. 14 at Value City Arena, West Lane Avenue and Olentangy River Road.

Rapper Bow Wow — formerly known as Lil' Bow Wow — recently won a Billboard Award for Best Rap Tour (for "The Millennium Tour") in May. The Columbus native, who was born Shad Moss, began his career in the late 1990s.

Singer-songwriter Mario was nominated in 2006 for Grammy Awards in two categories: Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for "Let Me Love You" and Best Contemporary R&B Album for "Turning Point."

The tour will also feature Keri Hilson, Lloyd, Pleasure P, Bobby V, Day26, Ying Yang Twins, Dem Franchize Boyz, Crime Mob, Sammie, Chingy, Travis Porter, Lil Scrappy and Trillville.
