No way, Jose!

Hall of Fame boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. is coming to Fresno and you have a chance to party with the champ.

Don’t believe it?

Ask local boxing star Jose Ramirez, who posted on social media how the two boxing champions (from the recent past) will make guest appearances at a Fresno nightclub for a pre-Fourth of July celebration.

Mayweather, arguably the greatest boxer ever with a 50-0 career record, is expected to be the featured guest come Monday at Club Encore Fresno. Doors open at 9 p.m.

Paul Arora, owner of Club Encore, also confirmed Mayweather’s upcoming Fresno appearance and said the club is bringing in the famous boxer to give Fresno a little taste of what it’s like to party with a celebrity in a Las Vegas-like nightclub.

“We already sealed the deal with Floyd,” Arora said. “And then we decided to bring in local champs to be a part of it all.

“We want to give the people of Fresno an opportunity to see these celebrities up close, like you might in Vegas, have a good time, and enjoy this moment.”

Outside of his boxing dominance, Mayweather has been known for his flashy ways and feel-good party vibes.

He’s posted on social media his dazzling collection jewelry and exotic cars, as well as fine clothing that are all products of a boxing career that generated more than $1 billion in career earnings.

He’s tweeted out some of his big ticket winnings from sports bets that have allowed him to cash out hundreds of thousands of dollars.

He’s even recently showcased women hardly wearing anything as part of a Las Vegas nightclub promotion.

“Me and Floyd Mayweather will be in the building for the all black extravaganza,” Ramirez wrote on social media.

As of Thursday night, tickets started at $50 a person (must be at least 21 years old to attend) but were expected to increase with availability becoming limited.

Security also is expect be tight with Mayweather bringing in his own detail, as well as the club providing more security than usual.

“We want to give everyone a safe environment to have the best of time with the champs out,” said Arora, who took over the club in October 2022.

Just last weekend, Club Encore had R&B singer “Trey Songz” perform as part of the club’s vision to make the venue a consistent celebrity spot.

Arora said a line formed two hours before doors opened for Trey Songz.

The club owner suggested people buy tickets early and arrive early for the Mayweather appearance.

Club Encore, located in the area near Maroa and Shields avenues in the venue that once was called “Club Legends,” was remodeled in late 2022 and plays a variety of music while offering “state of the art sound and lighting, full bar, elegant VIP section and top class entertainment,” according to its website.

The club also promotes itself as having the only swimming pool in at a local nightclub, though, for Monday’s event, there will be no swimming or actual boxing. And a strict dress code will be enforced.
