Boy, 16, charged with sexual assault and attempted robbery in town centre
A teenage boy has been charged with sexual assault and attempted robbery following an incident in Bracknell last month.
The 16-year-old was arrested near the centre of the Berkshire town at around 9.15pm on Sunday, 6 November.
Thames Valley Police were called to reports of sexual assault and an attempted robbery on Crowthorne Road North.
Due to his age, the boy cannot be named for legal reasons.
The defendant has been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance before Reading Magistrates' Court, Thames Valley Police said.
In July, a 13-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault in Bracknell following three separate incidents over two days.
A teenage girl and two women in their twenties were assaulted over their clothing on 5 July and 7 July.
