Boys basketball: Here are the 2022-23 all-section, all-conference honorees

The Lower Hudson Basketball Coaches Association announced its All-Section 1 picks on Tuesday along with its all-conference selections and coaches of the year. They will be honored during the organization’s awards dinner on March 20 at the Sleepy Hollow Conference Center.
