Boys basketball: 2022 Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex Tournament bracket, scores, schedule
The Hackettstown boys basketball team will have a strong start in their quest to become Warren County's first champion in the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex tournament.
The Tigers received the top seed in the tri-county tournament when the bracket was released on Wednesday afternoon and a double bye into the quarterfinals. Voorhees earned the No. 2 seed and join Hackettstown in the quarterfinals.
The opening three rounds, including the quarterfinals, will be contested at the higher seeded team.
Pope John, Hunterdon Central, Delaware Valley, Wallkill Valley, Phillipsburg and Sparta all received byes into the second round.
The semifinals will be played at 3:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on Feb. 19 at Wallkill Valley High School. The championship is slated for 5 p.m. on Feb. 26 at Centenary University.
