Boys basketball: Bradin Nelson scores 27 to lead Webster County past Dawson Springs

DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. -- Bradin Nelson scored 27 points to lead Webster County to a 78-52 win at Dawson Springs on Friday.

Seven different players combined to hit nine 3-pointers for the Trojans (7-9).

Deshawn Murphy scored 14 points for Webster County, while Trevor Baker had 11 and Markus Austin added 10.

Rett Nieters topped Dawson Springs (1-10) with 21 points, while Montgomery Johnston added 11.

Webster County will visit Livingston Central Saturday in a varsity-only contest at 12:30 p.m.
