Boys basketball roundup: Olivet stays perfect with key GLAC victory

OLIVET — Bo Lincoln had 18 points, three assists and two steals while helping the Division 2 No. 4-ranked Eagles pick up a key GLAC victory. Olivet had a two-point advantage at halftime before pulling away to take a two-game lead in the GLAC race. Bryce Wine finished with nine points and three assists for Olivet (12-0, 6-0). Kaleb Cox had 14 points and Zack Marciniak scored 11 points for Leslie (7-4, 4-2).
ALMA 81, SAGINAW SWAN VALLEY 66
ALMA — The Panthers jumped out to a 20-7 lead and kept the momentum going while picking up the Tri-Valley Conference 8 win. Sam Rosales had 25 points and Michael Howey had 14 points to lead Alma (7-4, 4-3). Cade Sutherland and Delvon Pascoe-Ward had 13 points and Jacoby Dunlap scored 11 for the Panthers.
OVID-ELSIE 58, NEW LOTHROP 40
NEW LOTHROP -- Clay Wittenberg secured 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists to lead the Marauders to a MMAC victory over New Lothrop (4-7, 3-6). Tryce Tokar picked up 14 points, Logan Thompson scored 11 points and Braxton Stanger added seven points and dished out nine assists for Ovid-Elsie (10-1, 8-1).

LANSING CHRISTIAN 57, PERRY 27
PERRY -- Benji Sambaer led the Pilgrims with a team-high 14 points as Lansing Christian picked up a road GLAC win over Perry (5-8, 2-4). David Hall scored 11 points and Elijah Ellis chipped in eight points for Lansing Christian (8-4, 3-3).
LANSING CATHOLIC 65, FOWLERVILLE 32
Luch Guerrazzi picked up a team-high 11 points for the Cougars in a nonleague home win over Fowlerville (2-8). Drew Tolfree and Padriac Cotter each picked up 10 points for Lansing Catholic (5-7).
