Bryce Kurncz had a strong ending to a memorable high school athletic career.

After playing a major role with his versatile skill set to earn all-state honors in football, Kurncz also showcased his talent as a prolific scorer on the basketball court.

The senior was honored for his accomplishments on the hardwood by the Associated Press.

Kurncz capped his basketball career by earning first team all-state honors in Division 1. He was recognized after a strong senior season where he became DeWitt's all-time leading scorer.
