Boys’ Sweet 16: Day 3 wrap-up from the basketball state tournament in Rupp Arena
The 106th UK HealthCare Boys’ Sweet 16 State Basketball Tournament continued with four quarterfinal games Friday in Rupp Arena.
Woodford County, Warren Central, Frederick Douglass and George Rogers Clark claimed berths in Saturday morning’s semifinals with victories Friday.
The semifinals were set for 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturday with the state championship game scheduled for 7 p.m.
