Braves World Series trophy tour coming to GreenJackets

Jan. 27—The 2021 World Series Trophy will be making an appearance in North Augusta.

The Atlanta Braves and the Commissioner's Trophy are going on a 151-stop tour across "Braves Country" to celebrate the win with its fans.

A confirmed stop at the Augusta GreenJackets, a Braves affiliate, has been scheduled.

The date has not been announced publicly.

Fans will be able to take photos with the World Series trophy — the first since 1996 and the franchise's fourth over 151 years.

The tour begins in Atlanta on Feb. 15 and will go throughout the spring and summer months.

A full list of tour stops, along with tour requests, can be found on the Braves website.
