The movie will see Aaron Paul returning as meth cook Jesse Pinkman, who we last saw leaving a Nazi compound while driving off to an unknown location.

“In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future,” according to a description of the movie. El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie will air on AMC after its Netflix debut.

As previously reported, the movie is written and directed by Breaking Bad creator-executive producer Vince Gilligan, who also co-created and executive produces Better Call Saul. He is joined on the project by producers Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein, who have worked with Gilligan both on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

The Emmy-winning Breaking Bad ran from 2008–2013. Along with Paul, the series starred Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn.
