Breaking: Mosby's defense attorneys want out

Marilyn Mosby's attorneys want a federal judge to allow them to withdraw as counsel, according to new court documents filed Thursday. The defense team instead wants a public defender assigned to Mosby, saying there is now a conflict of interest for them. This comes after the judge on Tuesday revoked lead defense attorney A. Scott Bolden's ability to work solo on this case in court filings or in person. He now needs another lawyer's signature on paperwork and another lawyer's presence during litigation in person.
