Unless you’re Rihanna, nipples don’t fly on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. A frustrating hurdle when you’re a breast cancer charity trying to promote a video on how to do a breast self-examination.

So they got creative.

Movimiento Ayuda Cáncer de Mama (MACMA), a breast cancer charity out of Argentina, figured out a way to post a video with nipples in it that didn’t upset censors. Their secret: man boobs.

“But we found boobs that aren’t censored,” the video says. “Henry’s.”

It then goes on to explain the proper way to check yourself for early signs of breast cancer, adding that men should also do this as they too are susceptible to the disease.

“Men too can contract breast cancer,” it says. “Good thing that doesn’t go for censorship.”

Since being posted, the video has already gone viral with the hashtags #ManBoobs4Boobs and #TetasxTetas

While the tactic is clever, it does bring to light some very obvious issues with how social media is censored.
