Instead, Farage said on Sunday (November 3) that he plans to canvas countrywide against Prime Minister Boris Johnson's EU divorce deal.
He has criticized Johnson's deal as tying the UK to EU political objectives, and thinks Britain should seek a free trade deal instead.
The Brexit Party was set up this year, and swiftly won the most votes in the UK's European elections in May.
Farage said he wanted to create a "leave alliance" to rally the pro-Brexit vote, but his appeals to Johnson's Conservatives had gone unheeded.
