Bride's angry email with dress shop goes viral

A woman in Kentucky has gone viral for her email exchange with a bridal dress shop that ended in an unusual fashion. The woman, named Aubrey, shared in a lengthy Facebook post claiming that she had received her wedding dress in the mail . but was devastated to find that it was not at all like how it looked when she picked it out. “I [...] sent an angry [...] email to the company wanting to return it. I took pictures of me in the dress telling them it looked nothing like what I had ordered”. The company replied to Aubrey’s email and pointed out that she had put on the dress inside-out. Fortunately, Aubrey was able to laugh about the incident immediately after it happened. “Sometimes it doesn’t matter how much school we put behind us … we’re still going to lack common sense, like how to put clothes on properly,” she joked. As for wedding advice to any other brides who are ordering dresses online because of the pandemic, Aubrey said: “Live. Laugh. Love. Apologize”
