RE/MAX of the Islands announced that Chuck Bergstrom was their top listing sales associate in July. Chuck Bergstrom specializes in the sales and marketing of properties on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. He personally has been investing in real estate on the islands since he first started vacationing there. And over those forty plus years, Chuck has become expert in construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. Chuck’s energy, knowledge and enthusiasm for the business combine to provide positive results for his clients. Steve Fisher and his wife Max were honored for being top selling associates at RE/MAX of the Islands in July. Steve began his career in real estate in 1981 and joined RE/MAX of the Islands in 1991. Max has been a Florida licensed real estate agent since 1987 and joined RE/MAX in 2002. They both consistently receive top awards from RE/MAX International for their productivity and dedication to the profession.
CRE Consultants announces new sales associate and key personnel
CRE Consultants has added several key members. In sales, Monique Ferns joins CRE Consultants as an Associate working in collaboration with Partner, Fred Kermani. In her new role on Fred’s team, she will be specializing in buyer and tenant representation in all sectors and working with domestic and international business owners and investors. In addition, the following personnel have joined CRE. Brokerage Services division has added: Kathleen Harris – Executive Assistant to Randal Mercer, Founding Partner. She will be assisting with daily operations and providing concierge level customer service to clients. The Property Management division has added: Dawn Sanchez – Senior Real Estate Manager in the Fort Myers office, providing full tenant relations, accounts receivable and payable, lease administration, risk management budget preparation and construction management services.

John R. Wood Properties today announced the addition of 10 new agents and staff members in July. In Collier County, Nicole Ertlmaier and Caroline Elizabeth Murphy joined the Broad Ave. office as agent and unlicensed assistant, respectively. The Pelican Bay office welcomed Pamela Herschberger, while Bill Kiley and Stacey Schwind joined The William Stacey Team at the Fifth Ave. South office.
