Glowtique Inc. leased 2,400sf space in the Shoppes of Pebblebrooke at 15265-15275 Collier Blvd., Ste. 7, Naples from Tinwood Pebblebrooke LLC. Brent Westerfield negotiated the transaction.
North Shore Painting & Home Services, LLC leased 1,015sf space in the North Collier Industrial Center at 1040 Collier Center Way, Unit 28, Naples from ForeFront Collier Venture LLC. Brock Rasmussen negotiated the transaction.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 2.6± acre commercial property in Lehigh Acres, FL, for $1,094,500. The property was acquired by Lee Blvd Partners, LLC, from J&P Enterprises, LLP. The property is located at 5725 Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Alexis North.

Inga Lodge named Sales Professional of the Year
The Broker of Luxe Naples Real Estate and The Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Kalea Bay, Inga Lodge, was named the Sales Professional of the Year during the prestigious Aurora Awards. The award was presented during the Florida Home Builders Association’s Southeast Building Conference, an annual trade show held in Orlando. The Aurora Awards recognize outstanding sales and marketing individuals as well as real estate projects being developed and marketed in 12 states located throughout the Southeast. Inga Lodge is a seasoned pro that has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. In addition to being the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kalea Bay, she’s also Owner and Broker of her own Real Estate agency, Luxe Naples Real Estate Inc.
CGU Homes announces new company partner
CGU Homes has announced Drew Hemmer as its newest Partner and Director of Pre-Construction. Hemmer brings 15 years management experience in the Southwest Florida high-end, custom home building market to the CGU Homes team. For the past five years Hemmer was the Senior Project Manager for CGU Homes. According to the firm, he has played an integral role in the growth and development of the company due to his excellent communication skills, his ability to always take initiative, and his methodological approach to project management. Hemmer has lived in Naples for the past 15 years.
John Nimmo appointed to Advisory Board
Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that global real estate advisor John Nimmo, of the brokerage’s Mercato office, has been appointed as an advisory board member of the SWFL Inc. Veterans Business Council. The Veterans Business Council was created to build and foster a thriving business community for all veterans and veteran-owned companies in Southwest Florida. An experienced real estate professional, John specializes in luxury home and condominium sales, including beachfront, waterfront and lifestyle communities. He served in the United States Air Force for over three decades and is a retired master sergeant and combat aerial photojournalist. John is a Military Relocation Professional and a Military Network Specialist. He is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the SWFL Chamber of Commerce.
AJS Realty hires Michael Cassin as property manager
AJS Realty Group has added Michael Cassin, CAM, as a property manager focusing on asset management for the Naples-based firm. In this role, Cassin is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of assigned properties across Southwest Florida, including maintenance and repair, tenant and owner relations, budgeting, monthly financial reporting and capital planning. Cassin also handles tenant leases and requests, maintenance and service contracts, customer service, accounting and financial performance. Cassin earned his Community Association Manager (CAM) license in 2021.
Andrea Rosil joins RE/MAX of the Islands
RE/MAX of the Islands is pleased to announce that Andrea Rosil has joined their company. In 2015 Andrea moved to Key Biscayne where she fell in love with Florida. After several vacation trips to Sanibel, Andrea and her husband decided this is where they wanted to raise their daughter. Andrea was a member of the board of the Children’s Education Center of the Islands (CECI). She also taught Spanish to the islands’ children and is a member of the ‘Sanibel Moms’ organization.
Renée Gaddis Interiors wins Aurora Awards
Renée Gaddis Interiors recently took home top honors for design excellence at the 43rd Annual Aurora Awards competition, including a Grand Aurora, during a gala held in conjunction with the Southeast Building Conference at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando. AURORA Awards are presented annually to outstanding builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals. Renée Gaddis Interiors received a Grand Aurora Award as designer for the Best Renovated or Restored Single Home for Wyomee House in Fort Myers. Joe Gatewood of Coastal Contracting of Florida served as the builder. The firm also received a Silver Aurora Award for Best Kitchen Design of a Model Home for Teal Court in Naples. Joe Smallwood of BCB Homes was the builder and Stofft Cooney was the architect. Since 2012, Renée Gaddis Interiors has won 21 Aurora Awards, 53 Sand Dollar Awards, three ASID Awards and two Luxe Awards.
