Lovin Marble, Inc. purchased 300 square feet of commercial space from Jean M. Muenchen as Trustee of the Jean M. Muenchen Revocable Trust located at 1153 Industrial Boulevard, Suite #B-10 for $90,000. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.
TT of Bonita Springs, Inc. leased 2,845 square feet of retail space from PR Mercato, LLC located at 9115 Strada Place, Suite 5130. Tara L. Stokes represented the Tenant and Nikki Traff of Colliers International South Florida represented the Landlord.
NorthStar Enterprises BG LLC leased 1,665 square feet of office space from 1010 Central Avenue, LLC located at 1025 1st Avenue South. Tara L. Stokes negotiated this transaction.

HCC Fort Myers, LLC purchased 33.21 acres in Highland Commerce Center of Fort Myers at 16500 Oriole Rd., Ft. Myers from Alico 73, LLP for $11,573,020. A multi-tenant property is planned for 2023 and is being pre-leased now. Derek Bornhorst, Bob Johnston and Jerry Messonnier negotiated the transaction.
Old Republic Exchange Company purchased a 4,319sf building on 1.14 acres in Marina Mike’s Boat Club & Rental at 19300 S. Tamiami Trl., Ft. Myers from Mike’s Marina Boat & Rentals for $2,700,000. Michael Mahan represented the seller and Andrew Saluan of AJS Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
Gulf Coast Penguins leased 2,240sf space in the Gulfcoast Industrial Campus at 16150 Lee Rd., Ste. 190, Ft. Myers from SFG ISF Fort Myers Lee, LLC. Jeff Forsythe and Brock Rasmussen represented the tenant and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.

Theory Design hires three Administrative and Interior Design Team Members
Theory Design announces the addition of Hillary Rodriguez as Interior Design Stylist, Kayla Koeller as Interior Design Assistant, and Andi Hirsch as Administrative Specialist. Each will bring a unique level of concierge and design services to the fast-growing firm’s new studio and office space in the Miromar Design Center as well as to clients in high-end, prestigious communities throughout Southwest Florida. As an Interior Design Stylist, Hillary will be instrumental in the installation process as well as staging model and custom homes for professional photos and videos via prop selection and step-by-step coordination of shoots. A graduate of Albright College, she has a decade of sales, styling and design experience with Victoria’s Secret, Michael Kors, Saks Fifth Avenue and Renee Gaddis Interiors – spanning from southern New Jersey and northern Pennsylvania all the way to Estero and Naples. As an Interior Design Assistant, Kayla prepares finish schedules and design presentations, organizes projects, assists with furniture orders and installs, and assists with selection pricing. An interior design graduate of Liberty University, she previously worked as a design coordinator for Collins & DuPont where she facilitated space planning, furniture selection and client interaction. As an Administrative Specialist, Andi will lead the warranty and receiving processes as well as welcome clients and prospects to the studio with an overview of options, design assistance and general information about the process of working with Theory Design. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and Ramapo College of New Jersey, she has experience as a showroom manager – helping clients and designers select indoor and outdoor furniture and stage projects, along with conducting administrative tasks.
