Gulfshore Realty merges with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Gulfshore Realty has merged with the company. The principals and top-producing sales professionals of Gulfshore Realty, Kristine Bareis and Jeffery Gilman, have joined forces with its Marco Island office, located at 760 North Collier Boulevard, Suite 101. As well-known accomplished area REALTORS® since 1978, Kristine Bareis and Jeffery Gilman have specialized in the Marco Island luxury real estate market with a particular expertise in the Cape Marco community. Both were involved in the sales, design, development and marketing of Cape Marco from inception to completion before opening Gulfshore Realty in 2001. Ranked among the top individual agents in production on the island, they have achieved some of the most significant real estate sales in the area, and recently represented the highest-priced condominium sale on the beach through the second quarter of 2022.

William Raveis – Florida Rentals moves to a temporary location

William Raveis Rentals has announced that their office on Vanderbilt Beach has relocated to a temporary space just around the corner at 250 Center Street N, Naples, FL 34109. The move is part of a highly anticipated new development, ONE Naples, which will include a new 2,200 square-foot William Raveis office expected to be complete within two years. William Raveis is a full-service vacation rental company that has grown to one of the largest in Southwest Florida. The new state-of-the-art office location is a natural progression, following suit with the William Raveis commitment to providing first-class rental management, marketing, booking, and concierge services.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announces leadership appointments

Alexandra Romeyn has been promoted to vice president of relocation and referral services, reporting to President and CEO Budge Huskey. She joined the brokerage in 2015 and most recently served as relocation director. In this expanded role, she will be responsible for the growth and development of the relocation department through the creation of new corporate partnerships across the company footprint along with increasing the company presence throughout the Sotheby's International Realty® global network. Abbey Curry has been promoted to director of field services. In this new role, she will report to the CEO and serve as office assistant liaison throughout the company’s 40 locations as well as provide document, facilities, legal case and event support. She joined the company in 2019. Melissa Morehouse has been named senior director of marketing operations. With the company for 15 years, she will be responsible for overseeing daily marketing production, MarTech initiatives and website management. Shelley Whiteside has been promoted to senior marketing director of the Sarasota region. In this role, she leads the development and execution of regional marketing plans, media buying and corporate training for global advisors in the Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Sarasota and Venice Beach office locations. Shelley has been with the brokerage since 2016. Jackie Nelson, who joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020, has been named senior marketing director of the Naples region. In this position, she leads the development and execution of marketing plans, media buying and corporate training for global advisors in 14 Naples-area office locations. Additionally, Marissa Listello was promoted to marketing projects manager. In this role, she will provide marketing support for the brokerage’s new development department and also be an integral contributor to special marketing initiatives and marketing operations projects.

BCB Homes makes impressive “Best” list

Naples-based BCB Homes recently added another award to its accomplishments list as it was named one of Florida’s “Best Companies To Work For” in 2022. The annual “Best Companies To Work For In Florida” list is featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine which ranks 100 companies in small, medium and large employer categories. To participate, companies or government entities were required to have at least 15 workers in Florida and to be in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. When everything was considered BCB Homes placed 18th in the category “Best Midsized Companies” which ranked businesses with between 50 to 249 employees. The ranking was a major milestone for the construction company as it was the only Naples-based business to even make the “Best Companies To work For” list.

B-Squared Advertising earns seven Aurora Awards

B-Squared Advertising is proud to announce it took home seven Aurora Awards in the Sales & Marketing categories during the Southeast Building Conference trade show held in Orlando, beginning on Wednesday, August 3. The Aurora Awards honors the advertising, media and public relations professionals, as well as builders, commercial contractors, craftsman, Realtors, on-site salespeople and associates and suppliers, who make major contributions to the residential home building and commercial construction industry through superior, innovative and creative sales and marketing. During the awards ceremony on Thursday night, B-Squared was honored to receive awards in the following categories: Best Overall Advertising Campaign for Kalea Bay, a high-rise community in North Naples; Best Online Marketing Campaign for Altura Bayshore, a high-rise in Tampa; Best Innovative Use of Technology for Smith and DeShields 65th Anniversary; Best Brochure for Altura; Best Direct Mail for Altura; Best Website for RWA Engineering; and Best Logo for Infinity, a high-rise at The Colony in Bonita Springs.
