LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 21.25± acre agricultural property in Fort Myers, FL, for $2,000,000. The property was acquired by Boca Holdings LLC, from Daniel B. Light. The property is located at 14400 Alico Road, Fort Myers. The seller was represented by Randy Thibaut and William Rollins and the buyer was represented by Dan Oberski of Trinity Commercial Group.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 104-Key Super 8 by Wyndham hotel in Naples, FL, for $9,600,000. The hotel was acquired by K2 Housing Naples, LLC, from LAXMI of Naples, LLC. The hotel is located at 3880 Tollgate Boulevard, Naples. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Alexis North.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 26,090± sq. ft. industrial building in Fort Myers, FL., for $4,962,000. The property was acquired by Leah Rae Light as Trustee for the Wade, Shannon, and WS Trusts and Daniel B. Light from Interface Collaborative Group, LLC. The property is located at 5570 Enterprise Parkway, Fort Myers. The buyer was represented by Justin Thibaut and Alec Burke and the seller was represented by Shawn Stoneburner and Gary Tasman of Cushman & Wakefield.

Chip Wolfe top marketing associate in August

RE/MAX of the Islands is pleased to announce that Chip Wolfe was their top listing marketer for August. He is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration. Chip moved to Sanibel to manage his families’ real estate holdings. Chip Wolfe has fulfilled the educational requirements enabling him to earn the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Sanibel and Captiva Islands Specialist (SCIS) professional designations.

Deb Stone & Pegge Ford top selling producers at RE/MAX

RE/MAX of the Islands announced that Realtors Deb Stone and Pegge Ford were their top selling associates in August. Deb Stone relocated to Sanibel as a full time resident in 1985 from working as an accountant in Duluth, Minnesota. After moving to Sanibel, Deb performed accounting services for Bailey’s General Store and was the co-owner/operator of Sanibel Travel from 1989 to 2002. Pegge Ford moved to Sanibel in the early 1980’s being highly successful in the fashion industry. She is well known on the islands and was the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Historic Island Inn for 22 years prior to becoming a Realtor.

Matt Sellick awarded the Paul Joyal Pinnacle Builder Award

Stock Development’s luxury custom home builder division’s President, Matt Sellick, was honored by the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) with the 2022 Paul Joyal Pinnacle Builder Award. Sellick was awarded the Paul Joyal Pinnacle Builder Award for doing a high percentage of business with associates of the Florida Home Builders Association. The awards presented by FHBA recognize industry leaders for their success and accomplishments throughout the year. The association aims to showcase the member’s excellence as each recipient demonstrates the highest standards of design and marketing.
