The property is located at 4505 12th Street Ct., E., Bradenton, FL 34203. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Alexis North.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 6.18± acre residential property in Fort Myers for $1,900,000. The property was acquired by Donald L. Valk, from Ling 36 Skyline, LLC. The property is located at 3670 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Hunter Ward.
