Diamond Custom Homes welcomes Danielle Gunther

Diamond Custom Homes has announced the appointment of Danielle Gunther to the position of vice president of operations. In this position, her responsibilities include overseeing all construction operations for Diamond Custom Homes including new construction, remodeling, warranty service and estate management. Gunther will also lead the development and enforcement of business policies and procedures for the company and its teams. Gunther began her career in Connecticut with a large commercial construction management firm and has 30 years of experience in construction and project management.

Patrick Fitzgerald joins Wilson Creative Group

Wilson Creative Group has appointed Patrick Fitzgerald to the position of director of business development. In this role, he is responsible for increasing sales and profitability; growing and enhancing the agency’s market presence; strengthening internal and external relationships; managing customer relationships and implementing strategies designed to increase revenue; and new business acquisition. Prior to joining WCG, he worked with Cox Media Group, where he was a President’s Circle Award nominee in 2011, 2013 and 2015. In 2006 and 2008, he was named Salesperson of the Year for M. Fitzgerald & Co.

James Schnars named Marketing Director of the Year

John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate announced its Vice President of Marketing James Schnars was recognized by the Collier Building Industry Association’s (CBIA) Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) as Marketing Director of the Year during the 2022 Sand Dollar Awards Gala, held Saturday, September 24 at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. As vice president of marketing, Schnars conceptualized, strategized, initiated and executed the implementation of the company’s comprehensive strategic rebranding effort; led the company’s first comprehensive strategic digital marketing campaign; implemented, launched and conducted training for a new dynamic email marketing platform encompassing the company’s entire agent network; and more, throughout the last year. Under his marketing leadership, John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate experienced its most successful year in the company’s history in 2021, surpassing all Southwest Florida residential real estate brokerages in sales volume, listings sold and total closed transaction sides, based on information from the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® for 1/1/2021 through 12/31/2021.
