Temporary industrial storage yard space available in Fort Myers area

Mayhugh Commercial Advisors has announced that many of their clients that they represent will be offering short-term lease agreements for those in need of storage yard spaces. L.T. Land Development, LLC purchased a 1.85 Acre commercial corner at 16758-16776 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers from R.B.I. Holding, LLC for $1,000,000. Fred Kermani and Enn Luthringer represented the seller and Frank R. Jenkins Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

Diamond Custom Homes adds three new employees

Naples-based luxury home builder Diamond Custom Homes has announced the addition of Maria Perez, Tiffany Phillips, Sean Rhodes to the positions of administrative assistant, bidding coordinator and job superintendent, respectively. Perez is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office; ordering supplies and project items; telephone service; scheduling; meeting scheduling, coordination and preparation; mail, delivery and shipping management, and overseeing administrative inquiries. She has 15 years of experience in business administration and human resources management. As bidding coordinator, Phillips is responsible for implementing, training and maintaining current and new software; coordinating bid campaigns; serving as a liaison between the accounting and construction departments; ongoing subcontractor and vendor support, and assisting all other departments as needed. She has nearly 10 years of project estimation, purchasing and client relations experience in the development and home building industries. Rhodes, as job superintendent, will oversee job site safety and quality; schedule assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout; work collaboratively with project manager and project team members; manage field and project teams; maintain effective relationships with clients, construction managers, architects and engineers; job site management including setup, logistics, field coordination, and project schedules; manage project documents for constructability and content; supervise and coordinate subcontractors, and coordinate building inspections, subcontractor inspections and partner agencies. Rhodes has nearly 15 years of experience in project coordination, large renovation management and tradesmen work for builders throughout southwest Florida.
