The Lykos Group to add new Marco Island office

The Lykos Group has announced plans to open a new office at 1089 North Collier Blvd. Unit #418, in Marco Town Center. The office, which will be open to the public, is scheduled to open early this fall. With direct access from North Collier Blvd. and Bald Eagle Dr. The Lykos Group currently has four spec and custom home construction and renovation projects in progress on Marco Island. The new office will reduce extensive travel by clients, vendors and related industry professionals who currently travel throughout southwest Florida to conduct and view presentations and review products.

SEG Real Estate Holding, LLC purchased a 16,926 SF office building from First Horizon Bank located at 6435 Naples Boulevard for $5,350,000. Clint L. Sherwood negotiated this transaction.

LSI Companies, Inc.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 4,120± sq. ft. commercial property in Fort Myers for $899,250.00. The property was acquired by Plantation Property Holdings, LLC, from KMAK Investments, LLC. The property is located at 14410 Metropolis Ave., Fort Myers. The buyer was represented by Justin Thibaut and Alexis North.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered 500.44± acre agricultural property in Labelle for $4,353,740. The property was acquired by Estates at Labelle, LLC, from Equity Exchange Services, Inc., as an intermediary for Caloosa Groves, LLC. The property is located at 3250 N. River Rd. and 2760 Old North River Rd., Labelle. The deal was brokered by Hunter Ward and William Rollins.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered 4.70± acre commercial property in Fort Myers for $2,700,000. The property was acquired by Fort Myers ANUSA, LLC, from Colonial Hammock SWFL, LLC. The property is located at 4440 Executive Circle, Fort Myers. The seller was represented by Justin Thibaut and Alexis North and the buyer was represented by Chase Deuschle of CBRE.
