Chase Mayhugh named 40 under 40 honoree

Chase Mayhugh, senior advisor and broker at Mayhugh Commercial Advisors, has been named a 40 Under 40 honoree by Business Observer for 2022. Each year, the Business Observer, a weekly publication that highlights the region’s business and economic news, selects 40 individuals under 40 years old from the Gulf Coast business community. Carefully selected from nominations and original reporting, these individuals represent the best and brightest from Tampa to Naples. Chase Mayhugh got his start in the commercial real estate business at 19, when he earned his sales associates license. Two years later, he earned his brokers license. Over his career, he’s completed $700 million in transactions, with $35 million booked for the first half of this year. Mayhugh represents several Fortune 500 companies, working on sales, purchases and long-term leases. In selecting finalists, Business Observer chose individuals who are entrepreneurial-minded, even if they don’t own their own businesses, for the 2022 list.
