Aegean Estiatorio, Inc. purchased 10,500 square feet of restaurant space from P.D.K.N P-3 LLC located at 8990 Fontana Del Sol Way for $4,675,000. Patrick Fraley and David J. Stevens negotiated this transaction.

JWines dba JWines LLC leased 1,486 square feet of retail space from Design Park Holdings, LLC located at 950 1st Avenue North, Suite 950-A. Tara L. Stokes negotiated this transaction.

The Beverage Box DRIVE-UP, LLC leased 2,513 square feet of retail space from JCS Naples Holdings, LLC located at 1480 Airport Pulling Road North. Rob Carroll represented the Landlord and Todd Sabin of Kova Commercial represented the Tenant.

25505 Old Landfill Rd, LLC purchased 69.80 acres at 25505 Old Landfill Rd., Port Charlotte from Land Resources Management, Inc. for $718,200. Derek Bornhorst, Bob Johnston and Jerry Messonnier represented the buyer and Bob Helphenstine of Five Star Realty represented the seller in the transaction.

Truist Bank leased 9,826sf space in the SunTrust Building at 801 Laurel Oak Dr., Suites 100 & 200, Naples from the American National Insurance Co. Thomas Webb and Michael Mahan represented the landlord in the transaction.

Beat the Heat Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. leased 2,000sf space in the Alico Road Business Park at 8801 Business Park Dr., Unit 202, Ft. Myers from Lee Road Enterprise, LLC. Derek Bornhorst, Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Meaghan Schmitt negotiated the transaction.

Neal Communities announced its southern division received an Avid Benchmark Award and several employees throughout the company received Annual Service Awards from Avid Ratings. This year’s program had 437 qualifying builders from all over the United States and Canada and covers homebuyer data from January to December 2021.
