JWines dba JWines LLC leased 1,486 square feet of retail space from Design Park Holdings, LLC located at 950 1st Avenue North, Suite 950-A. Tara L. Stokes negotiated this transaction.

Truist Bank leased 9,826sf space in the SunTrust Building at 801 Laurel Oak Dr., Suites 100 & 200, Naples from the American National Insurance Co. Thomas Webb and Michael Mahan represented the landlord in the transaction.

Neal Communities announced its southern division received an Avid Benchmark Award and several employees throughout the company received Annual Service Awards from Avid Ratings.
