Caine Premier Properties, LLC leased 3,600 square feet of office space from Peacock Properties, of Naples, LLC located at 6216 Trail Boulevard North. Rob Carroll & Patrick Fraley represented the Tenant and Todd Sabin of Kova Commercial Group represented the Landlord.

The Naples Players, Inc. leased 5,600 +/- square feet of office space from Fifth Avenue of Naples, Inc. located at 700 5th Avenue South, Suite 200. Clint L. Sherwood negotiated this transaction.

Vrai Tabernacle de Jesus Christ, Inc. purchased 3 buildings totaling 53,244 SF on 4.64 Acres at 2120-2150 Collier Avenue, Fort Myers from Word of Life Ministries, Inc. for $3,475,000. Stan Stouder represented the seller and Highlight Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

Seagate earns awards for two Design-Build Headquarters

Commercial Construction & Renovation has presented two Project Profile Awards to Seagate Development Group. These profiles represent some of the top commercial construction projects in the country. The first award went to Seagate for the design-build of Scotlynn USA Division Inc.’s state-of the-art, Class-A North American corporate headquarters along the Alico Corridor in Fort Myers. Completed in 2021, it is topped with design features that reflect the industry – garage doors, tractor-trailer-style elevator doors and container-like wall panels – along with training and conference rooms, private office suites and ample room for growth. The second award is for Seagate’s state-of-the-art, two-story, 13,000-square-foot corporate headquarters off Alico Road and I-75 in Fort Myers. Completed in 2020, it was designed and built by Seagate, with interior design by Theory Design. The highly amenitized interior includes private office suites, lounge areas, a design studio, conference and training rooms, a boardroom with a balcony, two kitchens, smart technology and a hotel-style lobby.

Chip Wolfe named Top Selling Associate in March
